Glider Flights

Why do Open Choice offer flights at the www.londonglidingclub.oc.uk?

We offer flights to people who receive accommodation with support from Open Choice after their initial three month review. This is offered as an incentive to continue with Open Choice's support programmes and to continue meeting with Open Choice on a daily basis, in order to gain as much support as possible while being placed with us.

We also take into consideration how our client has complied with our licence agreement for the accommodation we provide. Our licence agreement is very similar to a tenancy the client will have once in their own accommodation in the future.

As our office is located less than one mile away from London Gliding School (Dunstable Downs) we believe this is an activity/opportunity not to be missed for clients who wish to fly. We provide our clients with photographs of their flight. (Available for over 16's only)

Independent Advocacy Service

Open Choice is offering an Independent Advocacy Service for all local authority service users. We provide this service on a one-to-one basis for Care Leavers, Offenders and Adults with Learning Difficulties and Mental Health issues.
