Quality Charter

This quality charter has been developed by the Management Team of Open Choice and describes the fundamental principles against which we operate our management system, and which will support our objectives, mission and values.

"It is the policy of Open Choice to incorporate quality at the forefront of everything we do."

Open Choice is dedicated to supplying high quality Specialist Support Services and Accommodation to Young People and Adults, which meet the requirements of our clients in a manner consistent with high Environmental and Ethical standards. This policy forms the basis for the quality system and is binding on all employees.

Our Quality Objectives

Open Choice has set out the following strategy which will allow us to achieve against our company objectives.

1. To provide ALL our clients with a friendly and professional service at all times.

2. To provide comfortable accommodation within the community for clients who require this.

3. To be contactable at ALL times by our Clients. To be person centered at all times. Be holistic and professional in our approach.

4. To promote choice, value, diversity and equality of opportunity.

5. To be inter-agency in our approach, grounded with evidence based practice and empower ALL our clients to meet their true potential.

6. To be a responsive service which, can adapt to changing needs.

7. To work within the framework established under the Children Leaving Care Act 2000 along with our own practice guidelines and over 20 policies and procedures.

8. To work with the "5 Every Child Matters Outcomes".
