Dawn has helped me with my money and budgeting. She makes sure I buy food. She has helped me look after my pets and took me for activities. Dawn has helped me move into my new flat and sorted out my direct debits, TV Licence and Benefits.

I get support from Open Choice every week and Dawn is helping me read and do my maths skills, she helps me look for a job and when I have a problem at college she rings them for me.

If I didn't have Open Choice I would definitely be in debt and there would be no food in my flat. I can talk to Dawn about anything and if I'm happy or sad it doesn't matter becuase she'll still talk to me and sort things out. I'm glad i'm on the Open Choice.

Open Choice found me somewhere to live and with their support, kept me out of trouble. I hadn't been in education since the age of 10, but with Open Choice's help I got a college course and found a job.

I have not been arrested now since I have been out of prison. I am finally settled and crime free.

Open Choice have done a lot for me since I have been in their care. They are always on time for my appointments and use our time appropriately. They are always smiley and I can talk to them about absolutely everything.

I will be very sad when I leave Open Choice.
